About Baghali Ghatogh

Baghali Ghatogh is a northern Iranian stew made with fava beans, dill, and eggs. It's related to northern provinces of Gilan and Mazandaran. Baghali ghatogh is spiced with turmeric, salt, garlic, and sometimes pepper. It's served with kateh (Persian rice dish).
