About Kabab-e Shishlik

Kabab-e Shishlik is the famous kabab of city of Shandiz, in Razavi Khorasan province. Kabab-e Shishlik is made from mutton and have a very delicious taste. In this type of Kabab, the pieces of meat along with rib are grilled on charcoal.
