Kabab-e Chenjeh is one of the most popular meat dishes originating in the Middle East, especially Iran. Ingredients for this type of Kabab include lamb or beef, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Meat is usually kept in the composition of the mentioned ingredients in the refrigerator overnight to make the meat crisp. Kabab-e Chenjeh is usually served with rice and raw onions.
