The rug has an earthy pastel impression with tones of jade green, light gold, pale persimmon, ice blue, denim blue, teal green, sky blue, soft taupe, sage green, tan, and cream. This Heriz features soft lustrous hand spun wool and a dense, but supple, weave. Size: 8'2"x11'5" Age: 1940 Origin: Heriz, Northwest Persia Materials: Hand knotted hand spun wool pile on cotton foundation. Natural dyes. Condition: Excellent condition overall with soft lustrous pile over most of the rug. Ready to enjoy and suitable for normal everyday use.
