Antique Persian Heriz rug with a classic medallion design and eye catching butter yellow and sky blue corners. The main ground is rust-brick red with design elements in sea green, coral, salmon, navy blue, baby blue, pistachio green, tan, and cream. This Heriz rug shows so much better in person with its softly glowing naturally dyed colors and outstanding condition.

Age: 1930
Origin: Heriz, Northwest Persia
Materials: Hand knotted hand spun wool pile on cotton foundation. Natural dyes.
Condition: Excellent, near perfect, condition with low pile throughout. Ready to enjoy and suitable for normal everyday use.
