Vintage Persian Heriz rug with a vibrant and beautifully drawn design of happy botanicals on a warm red ground. The stunning dusty purple border is something else. There is a beautiful array of accent colors in rich gold, aquamarine, powder blue, cerulean blue, teal, jade green, coral, salmon, warm grey, steel blue, coffee bean, and cream.
Size: 7’6”x10’10”
Age: 1960
Origin: Heriz, Northwest Persia
Materials: Hand knotted wool pile on cotton foundation.
Condition: Good condition overall with medium low pile and a few small areas with wear. Ready to enjoy.
