Woven with Manchester Kork of the highest quality and with unbelievable natural dyes (the type usually seen on silk Tafazzoli type Kashans). The all over Shah Abbas design boasts attractive lotus flowers and an elegant array of sickle leaves and floral sprays. Delicious! The crème field allows all the pink, green and blue elements to truly shine and sparkle ✨ The weaving quality is as fine as the materials used. Condition is perfect and in time capsule condition. The artwork has esteemed provenance, formerly with a leading German private collector and previously with the eminent dealer Pakzad in Hanover over 50 years ago. 385 x 313 Circa 1910-1920
