One of the finest Mishan Malayer I have had. I like it so much I never ever showed it to anyone or even took a photo. The color combo is immaculate, the weave is irrepressibly fine. The drawing is very neat and clear: the imposing medallion seems held up by a laurel wrath of floral sprays. I love the elegance of the cartouche border—a 16th century style that is super rare on 19th century rugs like this.
