The result here is an carpet woven not only with an extremely high knot count and sharply delineated motifs, but with dyes of tremendous variety and great potency. This can be vividly seen in its periwinkle blue, Renaissance red, gold and apricot tones, as well as in its well- integrated array of secondary hues.
