Enthrallingly stylized, this robust Serapi Heriz persian carpet! is a wonderfully original re-invention of a celebrated style. A light red ground with a large polychrome medallion, clear blue corner ornaments, stylized palmette and flower festoons. A dark blue main border with large palmette and flower vines. Some partly a little harder wear, minor stains and mothdamages. One side has fold wear, the ends have a few rows of knots missing.
