Shekasteh Bridge (Broken Bridge) or Shapouri Bridge belongs to Sasanid Era and it is located in the south of Khorram Abad. Shekasteh Bridge has been a link between the west of Lorestan Province and the east, and from there with Khuzestan and Ctesiphon (Sassanian capital). The length of this bridge has been 230 m with over 19 vaults and currently only 5 vaults have remained. The floor of this bridge is paved with red block stone. Materials used in Shekasteh Bridge include stone, mortar and plaster mortar. Shekasteh Bridge has been registered as a national monument of Iran.
