Anthropology Museum of Sanandaj is located in Shapoor Street, Sanandaj. This museum is located in a historic building belonging to Safavid Era called Asef Vaziri Mansion, which is also known as the House of Kurd. Asef Vaziri Mansion is considered as one of the oldest buildings of Sanandaj. Anthropology Museum of Sanandaj includes rural life stall, urban life stall, agriculture stall, traditional school stall, careers and professions stall, handicrafts stall, crochet stall, ornaments stall, clothes stall, cuisine stall, hunting stall, chamber of khan, a bathhouse, gallery, library, and the center of historic documents and pictures. The building of Anthropology Museum of Sanandaj has been registered as a national monument of Iran.
