Sabz Dome (Green Dome) belongs to Safavid Era and it is located in the middle of a square of the same name in Mashhad. Sabz Dome is the tomb of Sheikh Momen Astarabadi. It is called the green dome due to its dome being adorned with turquoise-green tiles. It has four porches with an octagonal plan. In addition to the porches and canopy, its beautiful tiles have given a special effect to this structure. Sabz Dome has been registered as a national monument of Iran.
