About Ganjnameh
Ganjnameh is a place where there are stone inscriptions from the Great Darius and the Achaemenid Xerxes (Khashayarsha) period, which is carved in the heart of one of the cliffs of mount Alvand in 5 km west of Hamadan. The inscriptions are each in three columns of 20 lines written in Old Persian, Elamite and New Babylonian languages. The text in Old Persian is located on the left side of both tablets. The text in Elamite language is written in the middle of both inscriptions and the text in New Babylonian language is in the third column.
