Measure Museum has been established in Salmasi House of Tabriz. At this museum, various measurement tools, namely jewelry scales, large bascules of fruit and vegetable markets, stone weights, oil measures, tools related to astronomy such as the astrolabe, measurement tools related to meteorology, compasses and watches of the past centuries are exhibited. In addition, a 5-million year old trunk of a tree belonging to Pliocene period of the Cenozoic era is being kept at this museum.
