Rostam Giv Cistern belongs to Qajar Period and is located in Yazd, on Basij Boulevard. This cistern has an onion dome, which is covered by bricks. Beside this cistern, there are four tall four-sided windcatchers. This cistern has a large cylindrical reservoir, which can hold about 2300 m³ of water. This cistern has been registered as a national monument of Iran.
