Vakil Abad Park is among the old and beautiful promenades of Mashhad with an area of over 70 hectares that is located in the west of Mashhad. This park has many old trees, a seasonal river, as well as an old and flowing aqueduct. In addition, Vakil Abad Park includes temporary residence, restaurant, botanical garden, greenhouse, zoo, and a large amusement park known as Koohestan Park-e Shadi.
